How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Most orders within the EU are delivered within 6-12 business days, though some exceptions may apply. Just bear in mind that during high-peak seasons like the holidays, delivery times may be longer due to an increased number of orders and longer processing times by shipping companies.

We work exclusively with manufacturers and fulfillment companies in Europe, so your posters will arrive in top shape. And if they don't arrive within 20 days, just give us a shout at and we'll help you out.


Do you offer tracked shipping (aka will I have any idea where my order is)?

Of course you will! When your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order along with a shiny, new tracking number. Now you can follow your posters on their journey to you and get excited about all the weirdness they'll bring to your walls.

If for some reason you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, don't panic. Just check your spam folder - sometimes emails like to hide out there.

And if you're still feeling curious, you can always use the Track my order page to see where your posters are at any given time. We won't judge you for being a little obsessed. 


What is your return policy? What if I change my mind?

No problem! We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send us an email at and we'll help you initiate a return.

Just keep in mind that you'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. And to be eligible for a return, your posters must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with the original packaging intact.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. But hey, at least you can still enjoy the weirdness of your posters for a full month before deciding whether to keep them or not.


Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders ship from Europe, where we work exclusively with manufacturers and fulfillment companies. So you can rest assured that your posters will be of the highest quality and arrive in top shape.


Oh no! I missed my delivery or put in the wrong address. What happens now? 

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. If you missed your delivery or input the wrong address, your products will be returned to us and we'll let you know when they arrive.

Unfortunately, we can't cover the reshipping costs for you, so we'll send you an invoice to cover those expenses. But hey, at least you'll get to enjoy your posters twice as much when they finally do arrive at your doorstep!


Will Almost Vacant ship to my country?

If you're within the EU, the answer is a resounding yes! We offer free shipping to all customers within the EU, with the exception of Latvia and Spain (sorry, guys).

But if you're not in the EU and you're dying to get your hands on some of our weird and wonderful posters, shoot us an email at and make a convincing case for why we should ship to your country next. Who knows - we might just bump you up the list!

Will I have to pay customs on my order?

If you're within the EU: no!

If you're outside of EU: it's possible, but customs fees are usually pretty rare with our orders. All custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient, so if you do end up having to pay them, just think of it as a small price to pay for all the weirdness and joy that your posters will bring to your life.

We don't have any control over customs duties, taxes, or other fees that might be levied by the country your order is being shipped to, so we can't predict what those might be or how much they'll cost. But hey, that's just part of the excitement of international shipping!

Just remember that Almost Vacant is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that you may incur. But we promise it'll be worth it when your posters finally arrive and bring some much-needed weirdness to your life.


How do I track my order?

It's easy! Just keep an eye on your inbox - when your order ships out, we'll send you a tracking link via email. You can also use the tracking box on the Order tracking page to see where your posters are in their journey to your doorstep.


Oh no! I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?

Don't panic - we'll make it right. Just send us an email at with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about your order. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution. Trust us, we've got your back (and your weird poster needs)."
