To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging still intact. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, or if your item has clearly been used, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right!
Once we receive your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know it's arrived. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Un-collected parcels / Wrong address or contact details
If you missed delivery and didn't pick up your package within the designated pickup time, or if you input the wrong address or contact details, your items will be returned to us. We'll let you know when they arrive back in our hot little hands. Unfortunately, we're not able to cover the reshipping costs, so we'll send an invoice for the shipping fees to get your items back to you again.
