How long will my order take to be delivered?
We offer free shipping within the EU and most orders are delivered within 6-12 business days. Some exceptions may apply.
Please note that our delivery times are only estimates. During high-peak seasons (Ex: the Holidays) delivery times might be longer due to high number of orders and longer processing time by shipping companies.
We work exclusively with manufacturers and fulfillment companies in Europe.

Does my order come with tracked shipping?
Yes! When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order along with a tracking number, so you know that your order is on its way!

If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam as emails sometimes end up there.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it during checkout.
In general, discount codes are subject to availability on full-priced items only and exclude gift vouchers and gift cards.
Discount codes may not be combined with any other offer or discount and is not valid for already discounted items. However, if you have non-sale items in your cart, the discount code will be valid for those items.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30 day money-back-guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you with the details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Where will my order ship from?
We only work with manufacturers and fulfillment companies in Europe.
I missed my delivery or typed the wrong address. The products are being returned. What happens now?
If you missed delivery and didn't pick up the package within the designated delivery pickup time or input an incorrect address, the products will be returned to us and we will notify you when they arrive.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the reshipping of items so we will send an invoice to you to cover the shipping of your items again.
Does Almost Vacant ship to my country?
We offer free shipping to all customers within the EU, except to Latvia and Spain. (Sorry!)

Will I be charged customs for my order?
You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders. All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that Almost Vacant does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost.

We do! Our posters are available in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. You can also use the tracking box find on the Order tracking page.

We offer secure payments and accept payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Oh, crap! Well, it's not the end of the world. Trust us, we'll make it right.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
