Alright, let's get down to business. Here are some common questions we get asked:
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders within the EU are delivered within 6-12 business days, though some exceptions may apply.
Just bear in mind that during high-peak seasons like the holidays, delivery times may be longer due to an increased number of orders and longer processing times by shipping companies.
We work exclusively with manufacturers and fulfillment companies in Europe, so your order will arrive in top shape.

Do you offer tracked shipping (aka will I have any idea where my order is)?
Of course! When your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order along with a shiny, new tracking number.
Now you can follow your order on its journey to you and get excited about all the weirdness they'll bring to your life.
If for some reason you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, don't panic. Just check your spam folder - sometimes emails like to hide out there.
And if you're still feeling curious, you can always use the Track my order page to see where your order is at any given time. We won't judge you for being a little obsessed.
What is your return policy? What if I change my mind?
No problem! We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send us an email at support@almostvacant.com and we'll help you initiate a return.
Just keep in mind that you'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). And to be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with the original packaging intact.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
